A native of Briançon, Maria decided to share her passion for good local products. A vaulted room with exposed stones, woodwork and a rustic look to remind us of the beautiful mountains that surround us, as well as the farm products. Some examples of dishes: tournedos of beef from the Hautes-Alpes with homemade foie gras ravioli, a rack of lamb from the Hautes-Alpes and real raclette in winter.
