Restaurant offering a cuisine composed of good local products

A native of Briançon, Maria decided to share her passion for good local products. A vaulted room with exposed stones, woodwork and a rustic look to remind us of the beautiful mountains that surround us, as well as the farm products. Some examples of dishes: tournedos of beef from the Hautes-Alpes with homemade foie gras ravioli, a rack of lamb from the Hautes-Alpes and real raclette in winter. Blueberry tart in summer or tiramisu After Eight. Small wine list with bottles from the Hautes-Alpes. An address of the heart.

Des plats maison délicieux, le restaurant est chaleureux, et la patronne très sympathique avec les clients, même quant on vient pour la première fois. La qualité y est, le prix est très correct.
