Facing the collegiate church and next to the Tourist Office, in the heart of the citadel, Le Spirit is one of the must-see places in Briançon. A terrace that is open to us during a visit for an invitation that you should not miss to enjoy. A lovely welcome and efficient service to present us with a slate covering all the desires of the aperitif - boards and tapas -, large salads - including a generous and delicious cheese -, fresh homemade pasta, raclette on the ramp and dishes composed for the most part of local products.
