AU PLAISIR AMBRÉ
Restaurant in a warm setting with the chef's plates as works of art
In a warm and welcoming setting, this Plaisir Ambré takes us into the gourmet world of chef Michaël Chassigneux. A well-deserved Bib Gourmand for this refined address, where you can savour good seasonal produce whose flavours are perfectly brought out, as with the royal pigeon with broad beans, peas and spinach coulis we tasted last summer, or the saint-pierre in a crust of farmhouse bread. Another favorite dessert is a vacherin glacé with green Chartreuse. A Plaisir Ambré that makes us fall in love with the heart of the citadel.
