In a warm and welcoming setting, this Plaisir Ambré takes us into the gourmet world of chef Michaël Chassigneux. A well-deserved Bib Gourmand for this refined address, where you can savour good seasonal produce whose flavours are perfectly brought out, as with this half-pigeon, fountain beans, sweet garlic flan, cooking juices or this confit of pork cheek, cabbage salad and carrots with coriander. Another favorite dessert is a Chartreuse-glazed vacherin. A Plaisir Ambré that's a real treat in the heart of the citadel.

Restaurant à découvrir. Nous en avons entendu parler du bouche à oreilles mais c'était bien d'y aller. C'est original et très bon. Par contre, cela reste quand même cher (100 € pour deux). On n'y va pas tous les jours mais on y retournera quand il y aura la nouvelle carte.
