Johan works exclusively with local produce, and his creative menus are renewed every weekend. Beef tartar with pesto, hake fillet, chicken supreme, fish méli-mélo, veal declination, cod cheesecake with vegetables, pork filet mignon with chorizo... it is basically what you will find in the Relais de Pirot, but more, because this young couple in addition to his kindness and his listening, is given with a real passion to their mission, i.e. to satisfy delicacy with their guests and a reasonable price. All it although I want them for them and for their guests is continue on this beautiful impetus. A new opportunity arrived in our beloved Bourbonnais!
La cuisine est succulente et la carte change régulièrement.
