Un bistrot de pays ? Certainement, pour la convivialité, l'authenticité de l'accueil, mais bien plus que cela : un restaurant gourmand, raffiné même, de l'entrée au dessert, qui privilégie les pays locaux (et bios) et les apprête avec soin. Un cadre simple, agréable et une vraie professionnelle en cuisine : Mélanie Borel. Les champsaurins connaissent tous cette adresse remarquable ! Ne pas passer devant sans s'arrêter !
