The construction of the parish of the Assumption of Chabottes dates back to the end of the th and early th centuries. The current church, when it comes from the second half of the th century, undoubtedly involves older parts. Set on the site of the church indicated on the cadastre of 1837, part of the walls of the nave was made of stone-size stone, that of la consists of carved blocks of sandstone, the wall of the bedside is in rubble, the nave consists of three arched spans lined with split edges separated by doubleaux arches. The side chapels are arched, and the bell tower covered with an arrow of 4 rolled coils covered with slate. Finally, the round rump of the choir was built in veined sheet.
