Restaurant with terrace offering beautiful seasonal dishes with fresh and preferably local products

A Fabrique that makes nothing but good food, using fresh and preferably local produce to create seasonal dishes. A pleasant veranda terrace all year round and a warm decor to share good times. At the helm are Boris, a native of the region, and Laura, a native of Haute-Savoie. Slate-style menu according to arrivals, with a summer menu and regional specialties such as caillette de La Mure and the famous oreilles d'ânes. Desserts of the same high quality. For the best gourmet memories of Embrun.

Cuisine équilibrée, créative et qui donne une belle dimension au produit travaillé. Petit restaurant mais grands talents du chef, et belle terrasse. Ce restaurant sort bien du lot, tout est fait maison avec des produits locaux. Le seul petit bémol, c'est l'étroitesse de la salle, que la terrasse sauve par beau temps. Une adresse gourmande que je conseillerai pour son authenticité.

Petit restaurant de terroir et de produits tout fait maison. Des formules vraiment adaptés à petits budgets et c'est délicieux. Cuisine créative pour les uns, pizzas maison pour les autres, à chacun sa formule. Nous on a choisi le menu du jour sur l'ardoise. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Quant au service et à l'accueil, discret et convivial.

Small restaurant, great lucky find gourmet cuisine. All the dishes are homemade, there is a beautiful application, and it really is a delight. Happy this discovery of the guide. The negative point is the tiny restaurant that can be solved by the terrace, and it is almost a shame that in a restaurant so well, you can also offer pizzas (homemade also from A to Z). But it is necessary for everyone. Beware, reserve, it is better in front of success.
