Behind the thick stone walls, a beautiful vaulted room where you are welcomed with a smile to discover the specialities of the Hautes-Alpes: home-made potato or meat tourtons, Champsaur ravioli served with honey and redcurrant jelly, mountain ham or donkey ears or the famous jailles, pork necklace and fricasseed potatoes, deglazed with vinegar.
