Behind the thick stone walls, a beautiful vaulted room where you are welcomed with a smile to discover the specialities of the Hautes-Alpes: home-made potato or meat tourtons, Champsaur ravioli served with honey and redcurrant jelly, mountain ham or donkey ears or the famous jailles, pork necklace and fricasseed potatoes, deglazed with vinegar. Not to be missed.
