A favorite in the center of Guillestre, on the shady terrace or under the warm vaults, the O'Délices restaurant continues to move upmarket and surprise us! A team of enthusiasts, led by Florian and Catherine, offer traditional cuisine using quality local produce. Colorful plates, perfectly staged, with trout from Châteauroux-les-Alpes or lamb chops from the Hautes-Alpes; homemade hamburgers and mountain specialties at the same level of excellence... With group of 9 people. No reservation made, but no problem (1st week of September). Good service, nice people. Most important: great meals. Pasta, burger, fish, meat and plancha ( version of raclette with salad and charcuterie) all plates looked great. Home sliced fries!

Serveuses blasées et peu agréables, service peu attentionné. Plus de pain. Prix élevés par rapport à la qualité. Un restaurant de touristes, à éviter.
