In the heart of the old village of Guillestre, near the church, Dedans Dehors is an atypical restaurant offering quality local cuisine. Open in season, Dedans Dehors offers a pleasant little terrace, but above all a surprising attic room. Lovely welcome, warm setting, sharing board to start with, traditional home cooking for all appetites, especially the most generous, with copiously served plates, good meats and gourmet tartines. Desserts are also homemade. Reservations recommended.

une table qui vaut le détour
Coutumier de ce restaurant, on est toujours agŕéablement accueilli par son patron et une équipe au top, tant pour le service qu'en cuisine, une carte qui propose ses spécialités et pour chaque saison, des nouveautés. Une ambiance chaleureuse et une cuisine qui honore notre village et même toute notre région. Un rapport qualité/originalité/prix rarement égalé. Une table qui mérite le détour, même si hélas la réservation est recommandée...
