With such a name, we have found here much more than a Spanish inn, an unmistakable establishment with its long facade that allows us to enjoy all the joys of the mountains. In the centre of the village, facing the cable car that climbs to the fetish summit of the freeriders, but also easily accessible by road, Le Castillan is a hotel that combines charm and convenience. Whether you come here in summer to recharge your batteries and admire the view of La Meije from its loggia and swim in the beautiful swimming pool before going on a hike - also children's games, archery - or whether you come here in winter to ski while relaxing in the sauna, the atmosphere is always very zen and friendly. Le Castillan is also a good table, run by a Master Restaurant who favours local products, where you can enjoy specialities such as homemade trout rillettes, a famous farm chicken with crayfish or a duck breast with genepi. A good family and friendly address.
