Thierry Chouin has raised his Araignée Gourmande - Bib Gourmand in 2022 - to become one of the best tables in the Hautes-Alpes. If the chef relies on quality local products, he can also count on his garden where aromatic herbs, fruits and vegetables grow to flavor his cooking. Plaisir des sens, un délice de bout en bout. Et le service impecable, souriante, avenante, à l écoute. Là, je refais volontiers les 350km en un week-end pour aller y manger. Bravo !
