Near the Bayard pass and at the foot of the Laye ski area, le Petit Renard is a gourmet hangout. Traditional recipes are on the menu side by side with creative and unusual combinations. Examples: pigeon roasted in honey and ginger, fish couscous, lasagne and wild spinach ("donkey's ears") from the Valgo... In the bar or lounging on the terrace, it is possible to sip a sea buckthorn cocktail with a gourmet platter!
