L’AQUISANA
Restaurant offering mountain and Scandinavian specialties
The Aquisana is the first name of the Guisane, the emblematic river of the valley. The Latinists will have translated it into "water that heals", because in the past this limpid water was used to heal. The amazing décor with stone pillars and vaults, a rack and farm objects give the place a rustic look. On the table, mountain specialities and Scandinavian specialities, the chef's wife being Swedish. As a good Norman, Claude prepares succulent fish (ideal in the land of trout!). We also appreciate the Aquisana fondue with tomato.

- to be lovers: " for one 30 qu 1:00 nice the meal pampered, but it does not matter, as J all have my time to tell you words D amour" , do of them is that the organisation of the service is very bad
- to be foreign: " oh! how do is funny french cuisine, there is ham grasse in salad! " not do is that the chef has to take the dish for a waste
- to be anorexic: " er how is what I treat me with this fondue, yen has too! " in fact that for 2 has €22 per person with is actually for 1 people, bring cereal bars for later
- to understand, the kind to miss France, against the war: " but that it is nice this owner it does nothing but politely listen to our remarks and excuser" at the foot it S in menu, it takes its under and a covering public D eye leaving without any commercial gesture.
In short, if you N are not in these categories, or just if you do not want to make you for an imbecile, escape.
Nous sommes arrivés à 19h30. Accueil sympathique. Mais repas servis à 20h45. 1h15 apres notre arrivée. Beaucoup trop long. Fondue pour 3 personnes,trop peu pour trois et piece de boeuf trop petite. Agneau pas cuit. Retour en cuisine pour cuisson. Assiette revenue 15 min plus tard avec quelques pommes de terre froides. Nous avons précisé à la fin du repas que la fondue était trop juste pour 3. Le patron nous a répondu qu'on aurait dû demander car c'est à volonté. Un comble!!!!
Même la pièce de boeuf aurait pu être plus grosse à la demande. Enfin une assiette de charcuterie pour accompagner la fondue avec 1 tranche d'epaule,2 tranches de saucisson,2 tranches de coppa certainement pas de montagne pour la modique somme de 17 euros. Enfin le patron tout seul pour gérer l'accueil, le service,l'addition.....!quand aux recommandations du petit futé c'est scandaleux.
