Trained at some fine restaurants, he and Elina have taken the plunge in Monêtier with a gourmet restaurant. Excellent work with local produce - clearly marked as to origin - and seasonal produce - the menu changes regularly - dishes served in a warm, wooded setting and relaxed atmosphere.
