In this bakery, you can enjoy one of the best breads in France! The flours are certified organic, the baking is done in a 300 year old wooden oven and the baker Alexandre Michel is an authentic artisan of good taste. You just have to taste his Névachais once and you can't do without it. Also to be discovered: a marvellous cereal bread, a nut bread, a country baguette? And gourmands will be delighted with pastries, almond crisps or blueberry tarts to be eaten on the terrace.

Un commerce là où il n'y a pas grand chose. Un le service y est assuré au mieux même dans les périodes de surpopulation de la vallée. La diversité de pains est superbe et ils sont un pur délice, malgré les caprices du très vieux four à bois qui le cuit. Des tartelettes, un pain d'épices et une panettone à tomber!
Le tout de façon pittoresque mais jeune. A essayer si l'on passe par Névache!
