LES 6 STATIONS
Bordering Parc National de Ecrins, the valley of Champsaur is the only one of the Southern Alps to preserve a bocage reflecting an agriculture and traditional breeding. It is dominated by the pic du vieux Chaillol which stretches to the foot of mélèzes forests, mecca of hiking and crisscrossed by the river Drac for the delight of lovers of running water and fly fishing. The cuisine is present in the numerous markets which are full of delicious local produce. To taste: Ears of donkey, tourtons, ravioli, pies of the champsaur,... Our favourite... L'Auberge du Chapeau Rouge at the entrance of the site, where you can enjoy among others his specialities, for your great pleasure !
