The site of Orpierre and its surroundings on the Buëch are famous, offering hundreds of routes for all levels of climbers. On a local level, there are 7 cliffs and 480 equipped pitches. You will have access to no less than 120 equipped routes, offering mainly routes with difficulty levels ranging from 6 to 7. A little further on, at Pierre-Impie and Pas-de-l'Essaillon, you will meet the most experienced climbers of the Buëch Valley. Finally, you can climb the cliff of Baume-Rousse with its ochre and blue-grey limestone.
