On the occasion of the release of its Summer Catalogue, the Maison de la Truffle d'Bellevue was able to present its products during a discovery day that took place on Tuesday 20 June with the press and the agencies. The day was rich in learning, delicacies and surprises, with several activities in the program: visit of the sensory and pedagogical museum, discovery of new products, presentation of organised excursions, tasting of culinary and ephemeral paintings made by an artist, and chef of the restaurant la Truffle, dedication of chef Alain Marketing's kitchen books, and "olive oil assembly workshop"… What éveiller the taste buds. Proof that even in summer, the truffle will not démode!
