In addition to being a very charming hotel, the Provençal, located a stone's throw from the old village, is an excellent restaurant where you can enjoy a traditional cuisine using local products. Aups and Verdon oblige, one appreciates here the way in which the truffle is cooked and put in the honor. The owners are themselves truffle producers. Fresh home-made cooking. Wine cellar atmosphere inside and superb terrace under the mulberry trees for the beautiful days.

Je me demandais ce qu'un dessert à truffe pouvait être.
Cette glace, aux éclats de truffes, c'était le must du repas, une véritable explosion en bouche.
On rajoute à cela, sourire, gentillesse, écoute du personnel de salle.
Table à recommander.
Toujours une découverte de saveurs autour de la truffe. Goûteux, délicat ainsi que de la finesse dans ses plats. Je recommande vivement. Très surpris... J' ai hâte d être l année prochaine ????????????????
