Restaurant in Bormes-les-Mimosas offering a home-made cuisine with quality products and thin crust pizzas.
Located on the main road between Bormes and Le Lavandou, this restaurant is an ode to Sicilian cuisine! Sylvia Giaramidaro, the owner, has been making sure that the culinary traditions of her native island are respected since 1953. Assisted by her daughter Isabelle, and by Momo, the chef for more than 20 years, she swears by homemade food, and with quality products. The pizzas, particularly appreciated by the amateurs for their fine and crunchy paste, are prepared in the old way before being cooked in the wood oven.

Since my discovery, I lunch with my mother at least 2 times a week.
But the 'REAL TEST' was dine with the Family on my Couz '!
I had promised to him a nice restaurant (which does not look much) with crazy Pizzas' roll by ground '& best Milanese escalopes…
Her Husband: Spaghetti alle Vongole (Pasta with garlic and shells),
My Couz ': Salad with its goat,
His Son: Pizza Regina,
Her Daughter: Escalope Milanaise,
My Mother: Escalope Marsala,
Me: Skewers Rolled veal with Mint.
The daughter of my Couz 'is difficult… It however did not leave anything in his plate!
Then of course, some might say that the Opening hours are a little limit (12h00-14h00 & 19:00- 22h30) and a bit excessive prices! But it is the price of QUALITY!
The 'Momo Chef' uses only Fresh often even from its garden!
The staff is professional & full service (Tablecloth, Towels, etc.).
In conclusion, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place for those who want to treat ^ ^
