Incompetent Staff
On our stay, we had a very bad experience due to incompetency and misbehavior of the employees. Basically ruined our holiday and left a bad impression.
We did our reservation for a tent site and we were given the site number 453 and their field employee took us to the location. We put our shade tarp and then left for the beach. We didn't want to put the tents under the heat. When we returned 4 hours later, we saw that someone else put their tent under our shade and on our parcel. We visited the reception and the lady who gave us the parcel seemed shocked to the info and she assigned a field employee to check the situation. Field employee took 20minutes to figure out what to do and did not let us set up our tents although it was getting dark. First they said there was a system error but upon further discussion it became clear that it was an error by the reception: she insisted that she gave us other parcel although we had the map clearly marked by her. Then, instead of apologizing, they suggested us move(!) somewhere else that has no place to put our shade tent. We didn’t accept and asked for the initial place as we were booked in first, or at least somewhere which we can put the shade tarp. The lady at the reception then told my friend "not to get aggressive" although he was just explaining the situation. Then, at around 9pm, she said if we don't like it, we can just leave. It felt that she just brushed us off instead of apologizing because she knew that we didn’t have any choice at that point. So, this is the level of customer satisfaction in your facilities.
And through our stay, we clearly saw that other spots which might be offered to us was free. But, no.. I guess it was too much work for the employees, so “take it or leave it” is good enough.
