At the foot of Mount Lachens, the commune of La Bastide is also the highest peak in the Var (1,714 metres). Ideal for resting, the small village is located in the middle of a green space where life is good. For those who would like to stay there, La Bastide des Pins is located about twenty kilometres from the Gorges du Verdon and offers its visitors a small studio with a rustic decoration.
