Anthony, with his many and varied professional experiences from brasserie to Michelin-starred restaurant, has opened his semi-gastronomic restaurant with around thirty covers. Working alone in the kitchen, he offers a chef's cocktail, mise en bouche, two starters, two main courses, two pretty desserts, mignardises and macaroons. Everything is homemade, using seasonal produce from local suppliers, as well as products from elsewhere, allowing you to discover original recipes. Cheese platter, Saint-Pourçain wines and crus from emblematic vineyards. An address well worth a visit.
