Auberge with terrace in La Garde, offering traditional French specialties and a full menu.

This picturesque restaurant is as pleasant in winter, with its elegant dining room featuring a majestic fireplace, as it is in summer, with its pleasant shaded terrace. In the kitchen, chef Benjamin Vuillon offers refined French specialties, prepared according to the season and the market: leek vinaigrette, eggplant millefeuille, Provençal beef stew (served with homemade gnocchi!), etc. The inn also offers a range of special event packages, as well as four bedrooms and two studios, in keeping with its vocation as an inn.

La chambre est très confortable. La literie parfaite. Douche et toilettes séparées. Surface agréable avec un bureau large permettant largement de poser un ordinateur et de travailler tranquillement. De plus il y a une machine à café avec dosettes à disposition. En plus, la chambre est très très calme, bien insonorisée. Pour ce rapport qualité/prix, à ne surtout pas rater dans la région. Le restaurant c’est encore plus simple : un vrai professionnel qui m’a proposé un osso-buco familial accompagné de polenta. Rien à dire de négatif, que du bonheur. Adresse soigneusement notée sur mon portable !!!
