Old forge in the village of Le Beausset offering a generous, traditional and Provencal cuisine

In the rustic setting of the old village forge, with its walls decorated with a variety of old-fashioned tools, the chef offers generous, traditional Provencal cuisine. Among the specialities of the house, the sweetbreads with morels, the bouillabaisse (on order), the royal sea bream or the Lamb of the Alps. At noon on weekdays, the daily menu is renewed daily. Another option, the two other menus display a farandole of good things 100% home-made, like the foie gras of duck half cooked with truffles.

Très joli endroit, service parfait et très sympathique, bonne cuisine. Mais un point NEGATIF : la carte est vraiment trop succincte : il n'y a pas d'alternative aux plats de viande, pas de plat type salade ou poisson ou un plat standard du type pâtes. Dommage

Nous avons passé un très agréable moment. La cuisine, l'accueil sont parfaits. La personne qui s'occupe du service est très sympathique. Nous avons même eu droit à un petit complément sur notre menu, de la part du Chef qui trouvait que notre filet mignon avait trop réduit. Assez rare pour être souligné. Bref, nous nous sommes régalés.
