Thirteen years have passed since they joined the Hôtel & Spa du Castellet. Alexandra and Christophe Bacquié have together written a beautiful story within the establishment. And since one good story often leads to another, the starred chef and the hotel's general manager have announced their upcoming departure:"Based on what we have learned here and elsewhere, we are taking a new turn. In 2023, we will have the joy of reigniting the engine (and the piano) to offer our guests a place to live on a human scale, combining a sense of comfort with gastronomy. According to the latest news, Alexandra and Christophe will open a 5-unit bed and breakfast in the Luberon, an intimate and confidential place, with of course a gastronomic offer that the couple would like to offer in the spirit of an Auberge. While waiting to start this new chapter full of promises, they will remain in the Var commune until the end of 2022. This is an opportunity for those who have not yet tried the three-starred restaurant to go there and thrill your taste buds. These last few months are going to be rich in emotions... One thing is certain, this is a duo to follow!
