The legend is still alive and well! In a highly Mediterranean setting, the address is a must for a successful summer for many local and visiting guests. Guests are welcomed in front of the sea like friends, on the large terrace just above the clear water. You can enjoy a bouillabaisse prepared over a wood fire, grilled fish, lobster or a dish of mussels. A real authentic experience, where textiles and naturists of the Layet beach mix and enjoy each other in harmony.

Open Sunday to Thursday, 12pm to 3pm; Friday and Saturday, 12pm to 6:30pm. Open from early May to late September. Every day in July and August. Out of season, please enquire. Reservations essential. Menu: approx. €55. Specialties to order: lobster, bouillabaisse, stuffed capon. Groups welcome.

Chez Joe is a must-visit for anyone looking for a delicious and authentic bouillabaisse in Cavalière. The soup is hearty and flavorful, and the service is excellent.
