FOIRE AUX PANIERS
Since 1976, the traditional basketry of the Montagne Bourbonnaise is honored during the Foire aux Paniers. It is an opportunity to keep alive and to pass on this craft which is becoming increasingly rare today, and which has nevertheless known its hour of glory in the region. This event brings together many basket makers from here and elsewhere who will make creations in wicker, bramble, straw or chestnut under your eyes. The Foire aux Paniers also welcomes other craftsmen (potters, clog makers, jam makers, ceramists...) and street musicians. Conviviality guaranteed!
