Restaurant in the center of Sainte-Maxime elaborating fresh pasta, meats and home-made desserts

Italy is very present in this downtown establishment, whether at the bar to sip an Apérol Spritz or a Prosecco, or in the restaurant to salivate in front of the preparation, before your eyes, of fresh pasta, linguine with summer truffles in a wheel of parmesan cheese, tomato tartar and creamy mozzarella, a beautiful French veal chop Milanese style, or the homemade desserts, tiramisu with amaretto and Bourbon vanilla panna cotta. The atmosphere is friendly, underlined by a warm welcome.
