Meia, in the dining room, and Laurent Guyon, in the kitchen, continue to pamper and delight their guests with a cuisine of products, fair, tasty, tinged with exoticism, at very reasonable prices. A vegetarian menu with a lot of finesse is proposed. The truffle menu is always as popular as ever with, in particular, the filet of turbot a la plancha, spelt risotto and creamy mushroom broth with grated black truffle or the roasted beef filet, black truffle panisse, red wine sauce and glazed vegetables. Divine, a treat and an experience to be had!
