Le Petit Futé discovers the Domaine de Jale

Previously known as "Les Fenouils", Domaine de Jale has existed since 1750 and continues the tradition since today it is Marie and Anne, the two daughters of the designer François Seminel, who run the estate. A beautiful custom that they are right to nourish since the Domaine de Jale is 40 hectares including 18 hectares of vines all in the Côtes de Provence Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée. Since January 2017, Dimitri, Anne's companion, has joined the team and is just as passionate as the two sisters. White, rosé and red are available for sale but also for tasting for the curious who would like to discover new flavours. The tastes at Vidauban are very diversified since the grape varieties are multiple: traditional of Provence: Carignan, Ugni-Blanc or classic: Cinsault, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Syrah and Vermentino. With friendly and very friendly young owners, Domaine de Jale is to be discovered as soon as possible in the Var!
