Michelin-starred chef Olivier Alemany cooks with the finest Provencal produce, according to the season. He revisits the classics, with signature dishes such as crispy calf's head in ravigote sauce or roast squab with blackcurrant berries. Discover the waffle and pearly egg with summer truffle as a starter to a summer menu, and the roast duckling with apricots that follows is a candied sweet, to make the transition to a platter of cheeses from local producers. In the dining room, Delphine takes care of service and offers a warm welcome.

Except friendly welcome, the setting stops " of it; Cappuccino with the cèpes" delicious and the dessert " around the figue" very tasty... it is an tasteless cuisine, tasteless, originality... The vegetables are mall (or at all...) cooked. I have low for the " farcie" courgette flower; , but never I did not eat any of also tasteless, not even recognize the stuffing! As for the anglerfish, preparation tasteless and rubbery under the dent... I could not eat it fully. We would have mall fallen?
All the restaurants oú I went, the best was always La Closerie. Excellent value for money, it is necessary to go remarkably when you visit this small city. Menu has €37, you will eat excellent. Very original dishes, splendid and saveureuses textures. Very warm welcome. Very advises.
