MUSEUM OF WINE ARTS AND CRAFTS
Superb museum presenting tools and materials of viticulture and cooperage, a real heritage conservatory in Ansouis.
This superb museum presents over 3,000 tools and equipment for wine-growing and cooperage on 1,300 m², a veritable heritage conservatory, with monumental wine presses, including a unique 14-ton press, dating from the 14th century and classified as a Historic Monument. Among the 5 exhibition areas, the room dedicated to art glassware is worth a visit: precious flasks, carafes, chiselled glasses are well highlighted, to take us on a journey through time.
