Bistro-brocante where you can enjoy a southern bistronomic cuisine à la carte, accompanied by local wines.
L'Intramuros looks like a flea market bistro with its objects of the 1940s and 1950s. Each time we go back there, we are attracted by a new nugget among the radios, the kitch floor lamp, the old stove in cast iron, the solex, the Formica tables and the menu is displayed on school notebook chequered papers. René-Marc Robert and his son Eliot treat us with a southern bistro cuisine. We like the grilled vegetable antipasti and we always come back for the chef's specialities: the rabbit confit with olive oil, the beef cheek casserole, the feet packet and pan-fried foie gras throughout the year. The chocolate pot with biscuit covered with milk caramel, flakes of caramelised hazelnut is a must on the dessert menu and the rum baba with homemade custard is quite successful! The wines are local and from other regions, the service is impeccable and the musical background is jazzy.
