Downtown restaurant with terrace on shady square, creative market cuisine, eat-in or takeaway

If you're looking for a midday break, this is a great little restaurant. Conveniently located in the town center, its terrace stretches out over a shady square. Inside, the decor is vintage, with cement tiles on the floor, bistro chairs and a counter for morning coffee or a drink while you wait for your table. There's no à la carte menu, just a choice of 2 dishes and 2 desserts on the daily-changing slate. The produce is fresh and the recipes creative, with spices that take us to the Land of the Rising Sun. Afternoon tea and cake. Les Valseuses is a hit!

Un lieu tout en couleur! Service discret et souriant par un personnel professionnel qui sait tout de suite vous mettre à l'aise. Une jolie salle climatisée ou une terrasse ombragée, les deux étaient parfait pour cette fin d'été. La cuisine est délicieuse avec des épices, ce qui donne un subtil mélange qui éveille les papilles, même notre ado a aimé ;). Si il y a un endroit où aller déjeuner à Apt c'est bien là!
