If you're looking for a midday break, this is a great little restaurant. Conveniently located in the town center, its terrace stretches out over a shady square. Inside, the decor is vintage, with cement tiles on the floor, bistro chairs and a counter for morning coffee or a drink while you wait for your table. There's no à la carte menu, just a choice of 2 dishes and 2 desserts on the daily-changing slate. The produce is fresh and the recipes creative, with spices that take us to the Land of the Rising Sun. Afternoon tea and cake. Les Valseuses is a hit!

Joli emplacement, je recommande fortement. Pensez à réserver en amont.
Les bonnes odeurs émanant de cet endroit nous ont attrapé au vol, et les plats nous ont convaincus tant ils étaient délicieux. Le personnel était extrêmement sympathique, rigolant avec nous sur la grosse soirée de la veille et étant très attentionné.
Je recommande vivement, nous nous sommes régalés et nous reviendrons dès que possible !

We went for lunch and waited 30 minutes. We didn’t mind and walked around Apt.
You had two choices.
One choice was vegetarian and other was shredded chicken. Both dishes were fantastic and fresh. Everything is fresh from the market. So the menu changes frequently.
