AU PÉRIGORD GOURMAND
Delicious à la carte dishes, accompanied by chips and a wine list in Avignon.
Bergerac, Sarlat-la-Caneda,...... Are these names familiar to you? High places of gastronomy in the southwest, their names echo the history, that of men, and especially that of a land deemed to be outside our borders. So yes, we are not in the Dordogne, but in Périgord Gourmand we do everything to make it believe. By welcoming first, friendly and attentive, and the map of course: pierrades, poultry livers, gizzards, conflict, magret, aiguillettes, foie gras… of duck, and accompanied by ceps sauce, or truffles. We regret the lack of sarladaises potatoes, yet much better than French fries! This omission is forgiven for reading the wine list, mixing wines between here and there, such as bergerac, monbazillac or pécharmant. and remembering that with the shop space, you can bring a lot of good things back home.
