Odile and Emmanuel have developed their "self-service" concept, which is fresh, local, simple and varied in terms of plate content: tuna or mozzarella sandwiches, foie gras sandwiches, famous tarts (fourme d'Ambert with walnuts) and delicious crumbles. Vegetarians will be delighted by our savory tarts (zucchini gratin, vegetable lasagne), salads and hot or cold soups, depending on the season. As for desserts, there's nothing to complain about: from cakes to homemade tarts and yoghurts, everything is good and can be enjoyed in the tearoom.
