Cheap restaurant with terrace where customers compose their own salad with fresh products
In this restaurant, which opened in 2016, you can compose the salad of your dreams yourself! Nico goes to his market gardener every morning to get the fresh produce! There are also gnocchi, mozzarella di buffala, truffled ham, parmesan cheese labelled 24 months of maturation coming directly from Italy. Everything is homemade: pesto sauce, soup, savoury pies, cakes, pannacotta with red fruit sauce... It's cheap and super good! In addition to the desserts, an ice-cream maker (local production) comes to the July-August restaurant. In summer, it is possible to have lunch on the terrace of this pretty pedestrian street with its water mill a little further away. A new Pasta & Salad Bar has just opened in the city centre, takeaway meals only. Prefer to enjoy fresh produce from this region!
