Jérôme Nolin is passionate about fine cuisine. After working for the Michelin-starred L'Oustau de Baumanière, Maison Pic in Valence and Le Petit Nice Passédat in Marseille, he headed up the kitchens as chef at Le Belvédère in Porto-Vecchio, before moving to Avignon in 2015. His wife Pauline, who welcomes you, has also worked in some fine establishments. Jérôme creates a Mediterranean cuisine in which flavors compete with creativity. From starter to dessert, it's perfect. Cosy setting, lovely terrace. Take advantage of the attractive lunchtime menu.
