Brasserie style restaurant with a beautiful terrace near the Palace of the Popes, with food and wine pairing.

In the beautiful premises of the former Banque de France, it is the place to be to settle down on the terrace on the square of the Palais des Papes! The lunch menu is more brasserie - dish of the day, entrecote, burger -, in the evening you can be tempted by a starter, main course and dessert menu and you can make a wine and food pairing with the advice of the chef sommelier. For example, the leek vinaigrette served with a chorizo crumble, an alfalfa and hazelnut salad will take all its flavor with a white Côtes du Rhône Villages Laudun 2017.

C'est la deuxième fois que je visite le restaurant en une semaine, la première fois que je mange le risotto aux crevettes et au safran, c'était bon. Aujourd'hui, je suis allé chercher l'entrecôte avec salade de frites, je l'ai demandé moyenne et ils me l'ont apporté 3/4 et les pommes de terre brûlées, elles étaient si brûlées et si petites qu'on avait l'impression qu'ils m'ont donné ce qui restait de la friture . L'attention est très bonne.
