Brasserie style restaurant with a beautiful terrace near the Palace of the Popes, with food and wine pairing.

In the beautiful premises of the former Banque de France, it is the place to be to settle down on the terrace on the square of the Palais des Papes! The lunch menu is more brasserie - dish of the day, entrecote, burger -, in the evening you can be tempted by a starter, main course and dessert menu and you can make a wine and food pairing with the advice of the chef sommelier. For example, the leek vinaigrette served with a chorizo crumble, an alfalfa and hazelnut salad will take all its flavor with a white Côtes du Rhône Villages Laudun 2017.

Bon accueil, installation et service impeccables. Je n'ai pas apprécié le risotto qui manquait de caractère et son jus de truffe promis était inexistant. Plateau de fromage simpliste (adapté à une planche en apéro) mais pas vraiment pour une assiette de formages..

Très bon restaurant dans un cadre magnifique sur la place du Palet des Papes. Une cuisine dotée de grande saveur à des prix raisonnable. Une carte avec des menus réduits, ni trop,ni trop peu. Bref un délice que je recommande vivement.
