A few steps from the palace, in the former residence of the Cameraman of the Popes stands the House of Christian Etienne, one of the emblematic figures of regional gastronomy. In 2016, Mr. Étienne is retiring. It is his second in years, Guilhem Sevin, who is taking over the reins of excellence by renaming the premises Restaurant Sevin. The chef works with simple products to magnify them with talent. On the dining room side, Corinne is the hostess, she brings her feminine touch through the floral decoration, she is a former florist!

Très bel établissement: cuisine raffinée et savoureuse, accueil et service professionnel et néanmoins sympathique. Possibilité de manger en terrasse avec vue sur le palais des papes. Rapport qualité prix correct, vous passerez un très bon moment.
