This is the most romantic and refined restaurant in the city of the Popes. A glass-roofed patio, intimate spaces, two dining rooms, including the Cardinalice decorated with a 17th-century Brussels tapestry, and a delightful garden, the charm is immediate, as it is at the table. Florent Pietravalle, the young Michelin-starred chef, delights the palate and other senses at every turn. You can also dine at La Table Haute, the Mirande's other restaurant, for a feast for all the senses in the palace's former kitchen.
