A glass-roofed patio, intimate spaces, two dining rooms, including the Cardinalice decorated with a 17th-century Brussels tapestry, and a delightful garden, the charm is immediate, as it is at the table. Florent Pietravalle, the young Michelin-starred chef, delights the palate and other senses at every turn. You can also dine at La Table Haute, the Mirande's other restaurant, for a feast for all the senses in the palace's former kitchen.

He will design a tasting menu for you in 2, 3 or 4 sequences based on strong regional flavors. Learn about local history while enjoying your meal in the oldest room in the establishment. Enjoy a bucolic atmosphere on the terrace or in the garden facing the walls of the Palais. The Salle à Manger offers the bistronomic version. In the new Mirage restaurant, you'll enjoy a tavern-like experience while taking in the medieval remains. Treat yourself to an intense gastronomic journey!

Le dîner dans les cuisines d'antan fut une expérience culinaire unique, en tête-à-tête avec le chef cuisinier qui a su ravir nos papilles avec finesse et passion.
Quant au personnel, leur attention et dévouement ont rendu notre séjour des plus agréables, nous faisant nous sentir choyés à chaque instant.
