OPERA CAFÉ
Bar-restaurant with a pleasant terrace offering ice cream by the slice.
On place de l'Horloge, Opéra Café stands out as well as the other bar-restaurants, as it is probably one of the rare which is not a nest of tourists. Apart from its terrace, very pleasant on sunny days and you can now enjoy ice-cream in a cup, you can happily enjoy the room with very trendy decor, with its large brown and gold (very) baroque, but very comfortable armchairs. As for the cuisine, for the regulars of the place, there are some similarities with the Take Off du Pontet, which is not to displease us: nice hearty dishes, and a menu shared between the classic of bistro and specialities with Asian flavours such as the plateau of sushi, maki and sashimi, or the Thai beef wok. The friendly and fast service make it one of the unmissable place in the city center. Night owls will appreciate the non-stop service of a brasserie menu in June, July and August.

Des gaufres congelérs et un caramel industriel sur des crêpes à peine chaudes. Pas de fruits, de noix ou de chantilly, pour parfaire les assiettes. TRÈS décevant.
If you want to eat deliciously and quickly, then this is your choice.
The waiters were very fast and not inattentive, but the food was very tasty. The linguine with mushrooms is incredible. The atmosphere of the place is like a nightclub.
