Small evening restaurant in the historic center of Avignon, delicious food, very friendly welcome and pleasant setting.

This small restaurant is run by Antonia and Russell Coughlan, a charming, discreet and attentive English couple. It's a confidential address that attracts a loyal clientele. They only open in the evening. We love the simple yet exquisite cuisine, such as the honey-roasted prawns, saffron risotto and blueberry cheesecake. The produce is fresh and the dishes are carefully prepared, varied and tasty, with a good choice of wines too. The atmosphere is warm and intimate. Reservations essential, it's a small place. Outdoor terrace.

Nous avons passés un moment très agréable. L'accueil est très chaleureux et les plats sont juste divin. La présentation est très soigné. Je pense que ce restaurant pourrais être étoilé.

Great quality food, and impeccable service delivered by a talented husband and wife team. A highlight of our trip. Caters well for vegetarians which is not always the case in France. Very welcoming, prompt response to an email request to book a table. Booking is needed as the restaurant is very often full
