Small evening restaurant in the historic center of Avignon, delicious food, very friendly welcome and pleasant setting.

This small restaurant is run by Antonia and Russell Coughlan, a charming, discreet and attentive English couple. It's a confidential address that attracts a loyal clientele. They only open in the evening. We love the simple yet exquisite cuisine, such as the honey-roasted prawns, saffron risotto and blueberry cheesecake. The produce is fresh and the dishes are carefully prepared, varied and tasty, with a good choice of wines too. The atmosphere is warm and intimate. Reservations essential, it's a small place. Outdoor terrace.

Excellent restaurant en tout point ! Servie dans un cadre intimiste la cuisine est succulente et raffinée. La carte nous laisse le choix entre plusieurs entrée, plats et desserts, avec toujours une option végétarienne, pour un prix plus que raisonnable de 35€. Pour ne rien gâcher, le personnel (la gérante) est d'une gentillesse folle et pleine de petites attentions.
Je conseille par contre de réserver à l'avance puisque la salle ne comporte pas beaucoup de tables...

very pleasantly surprised, get there without any problem, absolutely perfect reception (so british), fresh ingredients, varied and tasty dishes, attentive service, only small difficulty no terrace!!!!!!
