It is located outside the ramparts towards Cap Sud on the road to Marseille and it takes place at the Avignon hotel school. The various dishes are the result of practical work carried out every morning by the students. Of course, the service is also provided by the students in order to put their lessons into practice. The cuisine of our little budding chefs, some of whom receive medals such as Escoffier's disciple or Master Conservator! Enjoy yourself, the prices are still very affordable for the moment. The school also offers rooms if you are looking for a place to sleep.
